No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the instant and irrevocable access granted upon purchase, all sales of digital products (including PDFs, cheat sheets, guides, and downloadable resources) are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been delivered.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of our content and to prevent fraudulent refund claims after the material has been accessed.
Exceptions (Handled Case-by-Case)
We may, at our sole discretion, review refund requests if:
You accidentally purchased the same product twice using the same email address
You did not receive access to the product due to a technical issue and have contacted us within 5 days of purchase
In such cases, please contact us at support@youtubeunleashedacademy.com and include your name, email, and order details.
Services (Channel Audits)
Purchases of our personalized YouTube Channel Audit service are also non-refundable. The audit process begins shortly after your order is received, and significant time is spent analyzing your channel.
If you fail to submit the required information for your audit (e.g. your YouTube channel link), we will reach out once to follow up. If no response is received within 7 days, the service will be marked complete and non-refundable.
